We have an exciting opportunity for you to run your vegan/veggie pop-up cafe in DINA, a central Sheffield arts centre! This would be for an initial period of six months with the possibility of an extension starting May – October (inclusive) 2020.
DINA Diner is a vegan/ vegetarian cafe, with an emphasis on home cooking, delicious locally roasted coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. As it is important to us to be able to offer an alternative to chain coffee shops, we strive to maintain a low carbon footprint and use high quality local suppliers.
We are currently open Tuesday - Saturday, 10-4, have 4 part-time staff members and are fully licensed.
The current manager of the cafe will be taking maternity leave starting at the end of April, with the potential for a handover, and we are looking for someone to fill the cafe space for at least six months.
We welcome proposals from food individuals, start ups and established businesses alike.
It is a great opportunity for the right person to test out a new food project within a space which already has an established customer base, central Sheffield location, and is situated within a well-known arts centre.
DINA is a not for profit arts centre offering low cost creative spaces as a place for screenings, music, gigs exhibitions and performance. The priority is on showcasing new work and providing a welcoming space.
