About the Event
As part of the Whimsical Underbelly Sunday comedy program, psychotherapist and improv comedian Jack Silveroak will be running Thespian Therapy sessions on the last Sunday of the month. This Sunday Jack will be exploring Anxiety through drama exercises to improve your wellbeing.
