Story

In 2016, DINA Venue was converted from a derelict pub & nightclub complex into a multi-storey building that became the heart of alternative arts and culture in Sheffield.

We recently moved out of our original venue on Cambridge Street and have found a new and exciting space on Fitzalan Square, a small but beautiful unit in the historic White Building.

We host all types of events with a specific interest in developing and nurturing new talent, social projects, and those that are at the core of the lovely Sheffield community.

We are also a hub for the LGBTQ+ community and host weekly meet-ups, drag shows & other events.

Our spaces are available to hire and we are always eager to collaborate on any exciting projects you might have, so do get in touch! info@dinavenue.com

DINA is a LGBTQ/fem led not for profit organisation. All profits made by the company are channelled back into providing free/low cost facilities for emerging artists and new work. DINA also supports other nfp/charitable organisations by offering support in kind and zero cost space. Regularly meeting organisations include DIY Filmmakers, Queer Writes, Queer Film Club, Common Tongue and The Key of She.
